28 Healthy Snack Recipes – All Gluten & Dairy-Free!

Even the best healthy eating plan can fall apart when you’re STARVING and there are no healthy snacks in sight.  When your blood sugar hits rock bottom, you’re wired to say “hello” to any snack around that’s quickest to bring it back up!  What accomplishes this goal the fastest? High carb, fatty and sugary foods…. often of the vending machine variety if you haven’t prepared any healthy snack recipes to be ready and waiting for you!

If you find yourself going for that Snickers bar, bag of chips, or box of donuts despite your best intentions and desire to choose healthier options, you need a plan to fuel yourself BEFORE you turn into the cookie monster! These healthy snack recipes will provide you with a delicious plan to do exactly that, while also helping you to feel full, satisfied and to avoid that mid-afternoon crash in energy.

Do you often experience fatigue, brain fog and low energy?  There may be another reason for this, outside of low blood sugar!  Make sure to download my free eBook, “Fatigued to Fabulous”, to identify which of the 5 most common causes of fatigue may be affecting you.  Once you uncover the root cause of your fatigue, you’ll learn how-to fix it so that you can feel fabulous again!

Hint: One of the top 5 causes of fatigue includes food sensitivities, which is why all of these recipes are gluten and dairy-free

Try dipping them in a glass of almond or coconut milk, which is hands-down my favourite way to enjoy them!
